I. Features
The Regional Pass Berner Oberland provides consecutive-day travel on trains, mountain excursions, Postbuses and boats in theBernese Oberland.
Available for 3, 4, 6, 8, and 10 consecutive days of travel.
II. Child rules
- Discounted fare for children 6 – 15
- Maximum of four children with one accompanying adult
- Children under 6 free when sharing an adult passenger’s accommodation
- Swiss Family Card is valid for this pass
III. Eligibility
Anyone can purchase or use a regional Brener Oberland pass.
IV. Benefits
- Valid for travel by trains, bus, boat, gondola-lift, funicular, cableway inside the (Area of validity)
- On the area validity map, price information is available: free travel / half-fare / Special price, it depends on the selected route

- V. Conditions of use
- Pass is personal and non-transferable.
- Pass can be purchased up to six months prior to first day of validity
- Issued as e-ticket, first date of travel must be given at time of purchase
- 2024 travel season: April 1 to December 31.
VI. After Sales
- Refundable up to 3 day prior to first date of validity with 15% cancellation fee, thereafter non-refundable. If card is used, non-refundable.
VII. Ticketing method
For the Berner Oberland Pass with consecutive days: ticket will be attached to your booking confirmation email as a pdf. Please, print your pass prior to boarding your first train. Activated tickets can be deactivated/changed any number of times until 1 day prior to the selected travel day. On the selected travel day, an activated ticket cannot be deactivated anymore.
