Enjoy a visit to romantic Heidelberg with the world famous castle and medieval town centre. Romantic Heidelberg, regarded as one of Germany's most beautiful cities is located on the River Neckar. Explore of the world famous castle (partially in ruins) with its impressing Gothic and Renaissance buildings. We show you the large courtyard, the mighty terrace and one of the largest wine barrels in the world, the Heidelberg Tun. Take a walk in the medieval town center and marvel at the Old Bridge, Karlstor, the Church of the Holy Spirit, House of the Knights with its precious Renaissance facade and small lanes with half-timbered houses. The city hosts the oldest university of Germany.

Guided tour in the castle of Heidelberg is not included but an audio guided tour is available for a fee of EUR 4.00 per person. The fee needs to be paid on the spot. If you require a hotel pick up or drop off at a hotel within the city centre you will be charged EUR 10.00 per person per way. The fee needs to be paid on the spot.
