Tour Details

Pass medieval castles and picturesque vineyards as we cruise along the Rhine before stopping for dinner. This tour starts with an afternoon drive to the Rhine Valley - an area UNESCO counts as the World Heritage of Mankind: vineyards, charming little villages and mighty medieval castles. We take a short boat trip on a Rhine steamer, passing the wonderful panorama of medieval castles, hills, picturesque villages and vineyards. Wine tasting and dinner in a lovely restaurant is included, before we return in the evening to Heidelberg.

A 15% refund applies to completely untilized sightseeing (atleast 6 days prior to commencement of the tour).Within 6 days it is non refundable.

However, depending on availability and/or water levels the boat ride may be substituted with a visit to a castle in some cases. If you have booked the tour with audio commentary please ask the guide once aboard the coach to provide you with the headphones. However please note that headphones are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Headphones are only available for the coach journey. For hotel pick up and/or drop off the reservation needs to be made at least one day prior to the service day directly.
